I sit on the College’s Quality Assurance Committee and therefore see all student evaluations of units as well as the tutors’ responses to the evaluations. Over these two years, students have commented appreciatively on Seidel’s energy, passion, availability, flexibility, and approachability. His teaching has been described as inspiring, encouraging, practical and pastorally helpful.

I do not consider myself a theologian, but after hearing this sermon I feel I can explain to others Jesus’ uniqueness in a way that I would reach people I associate with.

Seidel has a voice that is easy to listen to, enough mannerisms to keep interest going. Seidel illustrated his sermon using PowerPoint to help people who learn visually.

It was obvious that Seidel was passionate about his topic. The enthusiasm he has for preaching about his saviour ran through the sermon.
